Este pueblo es muy hermoso y \u00fanico, ya que la regi\u00f3n mixteca se caracteriza por ser seca. Sin embargo, Apoala est\u00e1 rodeado de agua por todos lados: un r\u00edo que cruza el pueblo y sus cascadas.\n\nAntes de explorar las cascadas, haremos una peque\u00f1a caminata acompa\u00f1ados por un gu\u00eda local de la comunidad, quien nos contar\u00e1 sobre la historia y la naturaleza de la zona. Aqu\u00ed hay muchas plantas \u00fanicas utilizadas con fines medicinales, y el gu\u00eda local nos acompa\u00f1ar\u00e1 durante toda la experiencia.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>The hike We&#8217;ll go through\u00a0 the canyon. The canyon is formed by a tall rock that envelopes the valley at the end of the Hike We\u00a0 can appreciate the twin peaks or (pe\u00f1as Gemelas) that are almost two identical peaks at opposite sites at this site you&#8217;ll have an astonishing view and you ll be amazed by the sensation of being between this two giants.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>Las cascadas de Apoala tienen un hermoso color azul claro. Esto se debe a la ligera concentraci\u00f3n de aluminio presente en el agua. Las dos cascadas de Apoala muestran la fuerza de la naturaleza, y en cada una de ellas hay una poza natural donde puedes darte un ba\u00f1o fr\u00edo.\n\nAdem\u00e1s, existe una poza escondida que la mayor\u00eda de los recorridos no incluyen, la cual suele estar vac\u00eda y ofrece una experiencia m\u00e1s relajante; en esta experiencia la visitaremos.\n\nDespu\u00e9s de disfrutar de las cascadas, almorzaremos en uno de los restaurantes de la comunidad, donde podr\u00e1s probar la cocina oaxaque\u00f1a con un giro distinto a lo que est\u00e1s acostumbrado, ya que esta regi\u00f3n tiene una gastronom\u00eda diferente a la de los Valles.
